Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman was an American female gymnast, and captain of The US women's Olympic gymnastics The 2012 Fierce 5 team, and in 2016. The Final Five. In the 2012 Olympics in London she took home gold medals in floor and team competitions, as well as a bronze on the balance beam. She was the first Olympic gymnast with the most medals. The gold medal was hers during the team competition of the 2016 Olympics this allowed her to become the Gabby Douglas first Americans to be the first pair of gold medalists back-to-back. Also, she took home silver medals for the floor and individual all-around exercises. In between the two Olympics she took an absence from competitive gymnastics to rest for three months. She was also a part of the gold medal winning American team at the two World Championships. She began learning gymnastics at the age of two and her favourite event is floor exercise. Aly supports the Uniting Against Lung Cancer organisation in honour of her grandmother who passed away due to cancer. She is planning to pursue a career in fashion and is looking to increase her line of signature leotards as well as socks in the future. Fierce is a novel she plans to release later this year.
