Rosie Huntington Whiteley is an English actress, model and businesswoman. When she was cast as the leading female model in the Transformers movies, the character Rosie Huntington-Whiteley gained notoriety. She then went on to make appearances in different films including Mad Max Fury Road. Her most well-known work is her collaboration as a model for Victoria's Secret a well-known American designer, manufacturer and marketer of women's lingerie, women's clothing and beauty products. The brand also became famous as the model for Burberry Body, an exclusive scent by the British luxury brand. The beginning of her acting career came with a supporting part in the American scifi action movie Transformers Dark of the Moon which was the third film in the Transformers franchise. The film had a great commercial success, earning over $1 Billion. It was also nominated for several Oscars. It took a few more years before she was cast as a character in Mad Max Fury Road, the action-packed film. The success of this film that allowed her to make the transition to an acting career after being modeling. In her career so far she's received numerous honors like being named the Elle Style Award Model of the Year in 2009 and The Harper Bazaar Women of the Year Award for Model of the Year as well as Businesswoman of the Year in 2014 and 2016 and 2016 respectively. Forbes magazine also ranked her among the best models around the globe.
